Abstract

【課題】 高い耐久性を有すると共に、低コストに製作可能な動圧軸受装置を提供する。 【解決手段】 ハウジング3およびディスクハブ3を樹脂成形品とし、ハウジング7の上側端面7dとディスクハブ3の下側端面3eの間にスラスト軸受隙間を形成する。この場合、面7d、3eは、軸受の運転中に一時的に摺動接触する摺動部Pとなる。樹脂製ハウジング7に強化繊維として配合するPAN系炭素繊維の繊維径を12μm以下とし、かつその配合量を5〜20vol%の範囲内とすることにより、摺動部Pにおける傷や摩耗の発生を防止する。 【選択図】図2
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic bearing device which includes high durability and simultaneously is capable of manufacturing at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The dynamic bearing device forms a housing 3 and a disk hub 3 as resin moulding and forms thrust bearing clearance between an upper end face 7d of a housing 7 and a lower end face 3e of the disk hub 3. In this case, the faces 7d, 3e temporarily function as a sliding part P coming into slide contact with each other during operating the bearing. The device forms a fiber diameter of PAN system carbon fiber which blends with the housing 7 made of the resin as reinforced fiber to 12μm or less and forms amount of its blend in the range of fraction of 5-20 by volume, thereby, preventing scratch and abrasion in the sliding part P from occurring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
