Abstract

【課題】油入変圧器において、冷却液循環経路の静電気帯電の抑制、ならびに、経年劣化による流動帯電の増大の抑制を可能とする絶縁紙、およびそれを用いた変圧器を提供することである。 【解決手段】変圧器本体内の鉱油を有する絶縁冷却媒体中に、鉄心と、前記鉄心に装着された絶縁紙が巻回された電線からなるコイルと、コイル絶縁用絶縁体及び前記絶縁冷却媒体の冷却通路を構成する絶縁体を浸漬してなる静止誘導電器において、前記絶縁紙又は絶縁体がパルプを主材とするものであり、該絶縁紙又は絶縁体に含まれるCaイオンの量を0.06wt%以下に低減した静止誘導電器用絶縁紙又は絶縁体又はそれらを用いた静止誘導電器。 【選択図】図2
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insulating paper which suppresses electrostatic charge on a cooling liquid circulation passage and suppresses the increase of flow charge due to deterioration with the lapse of time in an oil-immersed transformer, and to provide a transformer using the same.SOLUTION: A stationary induction apparatus is formed of an iron core, a coil composed of wires which are attached to the iron core and on which the insulating paper is wound around, an insulator for coil insulation and an insulator constituting a cooling passage of an insulation cooling medium immersed in the insulation cooling medium having mineral oil in a transformer body. The insulating paper or insulator for the stationary induction apparatus includes pulp as a main material, and contains Ca ions of which the amount is reduced to 0.06 wt% or less. The stationary induction apparatus using the insulating paper or the insulator is also disclosed.
